Castlefield are working with a North West based housing association in order to recruit a Financial Accountant on a temporary basis (4 months initially). You will play a pivotal role in the production and audit of the year-end financial statements. They have hybrid working (but would consider candidates on more remote basis) and are offering a day rate of £300-£350 depending on candidates experience. Role: Delivering the preparation and delivery of the organisation’s external financial reporting. Responsibilities: • To effectively manage the production of monthly and annual reporting • Producing statutory accounts and act as key liaison with external audit • Preparing of monthly cash flow forecasts • Managing the preparation and submission of tax returns Person: • CCAB/CIMA qualification is essential • Experience within social housing would be preferred • Availability to start immediately would be preferred Thank you!
