Financial Accountant
The Financial Accountant will work with the rest of the S-RM Finance team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the output of the Group financials, with a strong emphasis on month-end reporting, working capital management and compliance.

THE ROLE
As a Financial Accountant you’ll be responsible for:
Preparing financial statements including profit and loss accounts, , cash flows, monthly management accounts, variance analysis and commentaries.
Working Capital Management reporting, including management of local banking facilities and cash flow forecasting.
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements across the S-RM Group.
Working with practice/cost centre heads to provide them with accurate information regarding their business areas and to ensure compliance with S-RM company policies.
Acting as a key contact for auditors as part of statutory audits.
Providing financial analysis for ad-hoc projects such as acquisitions, scenario planning and business profitability reviews.
Driving process improvements and tracking of key KPIs such as utilisation and revenue per team.
The role will be based in our Manchester office. However, we have flexible working arrangements available.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for the following experience and qualifications:
Qualified chartered Accountant (preferably ACA qualified)
Strong understanding of IFRS and of working capital
Experience with businesses operating in multiple jurisdictions would be preferable
Strong excel skills, ideally with experience of modelling

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
A proactive approach and a willingness to work outside the job specification when required
