Capital Com UK Limited (CCUK) is an FCA (MIFIDPRU) investment firm that operates a UK CFD and spread betting platform. The UK Finance function is organised around six pillars — Financial Control & Reporting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory Capital, and CASS — and this role owns the first four of those pillars day-to-day, while supporting the Finance Director across Regulatory Capital and governance. The Finance Manager role was created to address two needs simultaneously: to add senior-level capacity at a moment when the UK Finance team is supporting a concentrated programme of strategic projects and to raise the maturity of the control environment in preparation for an increasingly rigorous external audit cycle. You will be the Finance Director's deputy — covering Board, ExCo, and governance forums when required — and will have one direct report (Management Accountant). You will also play a leading role in embedding AI and automation into Finance's operating model, reducing time spent on routine processing and creating space for higher-value analytical work.
