About the Role Reporting to the CFO, this is a key leadership role responsible for managing a team of five and delivering high-quality financial reporting, compliance, and commercial support across the business. You will support decision-making, improve systems and processes, and ensure strong financial governance. Key Responsibilities · Lead monthly management reporting, including analysis and insights · Partner with department leaders to support commercial decision-making · Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning · Prepare annual financial statements and manage audit · Oversee tax compliance (GST, FBT, income tax) · Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance · Drive systems improvements and process efficiencies · Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team About You · CA/CPA qualified with 7+ years’ experience · Strong leadership and people management capability · Commercially minded with ability to influence decision-making · Excellent analytical and communication skills · Wine, agribusiness, or FMCG experience (advantageous) · ERP systems experience preferred Why Join Marisco? · Strategic leadership role with real business impact · Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture · Marlborough lifestyle and premium wine industry Apply now or contact us for a confidential discussion.
