📢 We’re Hiring | Finance Manager 📍 Location: Heliopolis, Cairo Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the company’s day-to-day finance and accounting operations . Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting . Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes. Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and overall liquidity. Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans . Analyze financial performance, costs, margins, and variances and provide recommendations to management. Ensure proper inventory valuation, costing, and stock accounting , particularly across distribution and F&B operations. Monitor and control operating expenses and identify opportunities for improved cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and statutory requirements . Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other financial stakeholders. Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and procedures . Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making . Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring clear responsibilities, accuracy, and high performance. Work closely with other departments including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Management . Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field . 7+ years of relevant experience , with at least 2–3 years in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role . Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis . Solid knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management . Experience in FMCG, Distribution, Manufacturing, or F&B is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting and tax regulations . Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills. Experience with ERP/accounting systems . Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing business environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to management.
