Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be formally employed through an Employer of Record (EOR) arrangement. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote, so you’ll be able to work from home. Who The Client Is:  An Australian corporate transfer and events business with an established team based in Jaen, Nueva Ecija. Our Philippines office is a core part of our operations, handling finance, invoicing, and client billing across the entire business. We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to step in and lead this function hands-on.  Role Overview:  This is a working Finance Manager position, not a supervisory or executive role. You will be in the detail every day - processing, coding, reconciling, and ensuring everything flows cleanly from invoice creation through to payment and reporting. You will also provide direction and support to one to two finance assistants already in the team. You will be office-based at our Jaen location, working closely with the Australian leadership team to keep finance operations running smoothly across all accounts. Key Responsibilities:  •       Process and code transactions accurately across all accounts •       Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable end to end •       Follow up and distribute client invoices in a timely manner •       Handle supplier and staff payments •       Prepare financial reports including P&L and cash flow summaries •       Reconcile accounts and close off jobs in the system •       Support and guide one to two finance assistants •       Liaise directly with Australian leadership on reporting and financial queries •       Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: •  Solid, hands-on experience in an accounts or finance role - you are comfortable doing the work yourself, not just managing others •       Proficiency in MYOB - this is essential and non-negotiable •       Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation •       Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy •       Good English communication skills, written and verbal •       Ability to work independently and manage your own workload •       Experience managing or supporting junior team members •       Comfortable working in a structured office environment in Jaen Nice to Have •       Accounting or finance qualification (CPA or equivalent) •       Experience working with Australian businesses or clients •       Background in events, logistics, transport, or service-based industries What Is On Offer •      A stable, long-term position with a well-established Australian business •       Office-based role in Jaen •       Direct communication with Australian leadership •       Competitive monthly retainer, commensurate with experience Work Arrangement & Expectations: This is a remote role that will be set up via an Employer of Record (EOR) service.
