Description
Finance Executive/Senior Executive My client is a Chinese-backed family office and seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance professional to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling full set accounts, supporting month-end and year-end closing, liaising with external auditors, and helping to establish and improve financial processes as the company grows. Key Responsibilities - Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation. - Perform month-end and year-end closing activities. - Prepare accurate financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance. - Process supplier payments and monitor cash flow. - Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation. - Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other professional service providers. - Assist in GST reporting (if applicable) and preparation of supporting schedules. - Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements. - Identify opportunities to improve accounting procedures and internal financial processes. - Perform other ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. - Singapore full set accounting experience. - Able to work independently and manage the full accounting cycle. - Experience supporting external audits. - Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Info-Tech Accounting. - English and Mandarin is mandatory.
