Description
Our client is a family own circa £30m construction company based in North London, they are looking for a finance director to join their team.
The client operates across a number of construction sectors including student accomodation.
Good communication skills are a must and professional in dealing with internal and external stakeholders as required.

Providing the financial reporting, monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts and insight necessary to support the continued growth of the business Prepare annual accounts for each business entity
Liaise with third party advisors and the banks support and mentor the finance team.
Prior Construction sector experience preferred
ACA/CIMA required.The client is also open to part-time working if the candidate can demonstrate strong skills and experience in the sector.
