Part-Time Finance Assistant Location: Abergavenny Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 (Pro Rata) Job Type: Permanent Part-Time Flexible Working Pattern Our client is a well-established, family-owned landlord and property management company based in Abergavenny, with an excellent reputation for managing and maintaining a large portfolio of rental properties. They are now looking to recruit a reliable and organised Part-Time Finance Assistant to support the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking flexibility, as the hours can be tailored to suit the successful candidate. Whether you prefer working a couple of hours each day or two full days per week, our client is happy to accommodate the right person. The Role Working closely with the directors, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the company's finances. This is a varied position that would suit someone who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of their workload. Key responsibilities will include: • Processing day-to-day banking transactions • Managing purchase and sales ledger activities • Bank reconciliations • Assisting with accounts preparation • Processing invoices and payments • Maintaining accurate financial records • Supporting general finance administration • Liaising with external accountants where required About You We're looking for someone who is organised, trustworthy and comfortable managing their own workload.
