TMM are delighted to be partnering with our client, an Energy Service business, who are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance & Reporting Manager to join their team. This role will support the Finance Director while leading key financial reporting, forecasting, and planning activities across the business. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise, mentor, and motivate the Finance Team to deliver high performance. • Deliver monthly management reporting packs to the parent group. • Manage monthly forecasting processes and annual budgeting activities. • Provide financial analysis and strategic support to the Finance Director. • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across international operations. • Partner with both finance and non-finance stakeholders including Operations, Commercial, Engineering, and HR teams. • Drive process improvements and support business decision-making. Skills & Experience: • Qualified Accountant. • Previous Oil & Gas industry experience preferred. • Experience within international finance operations. • Strong ERP systems knowledge, with SAP experience advantageous. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
