Job Description We’re recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary. We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Real Assets Finance team. This is a great opportunity for a qualified or near-qualified finance professional who enjoys working with data, building insight and partnering with stakeholders across investment and finance teams. You’ll support financial planning, forecasting, management information and financial control activity across Real Asset funds and balance sheet investments. The Real Assets business is evolving, so you’ll have the chance to build knowledge across areas such as real estate, infrastructure, venture capital and platforms, rather than being limited to one narrow sector What you’ll be doing: • Preparing monthly management information, data tables and commentary • Carrying out financial analysis, reconciliations and data quality checks • Supporting planning, forecasting and the 5-year financial planning process • Reviewing asset and investment performance against forecast and underwriting expectations • Supporting the bi-annual asset valuation cycle • Monitoring liquidity requirements and supporting payment and documentation processes • Maintaining a strong financial control environment across reporting and data processes • Building relationships with finance, investment and business stakeholders Who we’re looking for: • ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, ideally, although near-qualified candidates may be considered • Strong accounting, financial planning and analysis knowledge, including IFRS • Confident Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with modelling and finance data • Experience preparing high-quality financial analysis, reports or papers • Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy • Strong stakeholder management skills and a clear communication style • Financial services or asset management experience would be helpful but is not essential • Knowledge of Onestream, Anaplan or Tableau would be useful Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
