Description Job Overview: The Field Technician is responsible for ensuring that essential systems are well-maintained and operational through a variety of hands-on tasks, including electrical and plumbing work, routine maintenance, and timely re-pairs. This role involves optimizing system performance and conducting site visits for inspections and trouble-shooting to identify and resolve issues effectively. Duties/Responsibilities: • Perform essential electrical and plumbing tasks to ensure system functionality. • Conduct regular system maintenance and timely repairs for reliability. • Read, install, and calibrate logic controllers. • Conduct site visits for inspections and troubleshooting, resolving issues with precision. • Assist in building and installation of dosing controllers and tanks. • Maintain compliance with company and industry safety and regulatory standards. • Participate in on-call duty as needed. • Optimize dosing controls using atmospheric and liquid sampling. • Perform pump maintenance to ensure system efficiency. • Additional tasks and projects as assigned. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience with water treatment systems. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Self-motivated and proactive • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activities such as sitting, standing, kneeling, and walking for extended periods. • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and adhere to age requirements (at least 21 years of age). Education and Experience: • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
