Job Opportunity: Field Service Technician with Allied Technical Services in Marengo, OH   Paid Training Provided   Looking for a hands-on career instead of sitting behind a desk? Allied Technical Services is looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as Field Service Technicians . Pump industry experience is not required, but it’s a plus if you have it. If you’ve worked in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, maintenance, farming, automotive, military, or another hands-on role, we’ll provide the training. In this role, you’ll work with pumps, hoses, piping systems, and equipment that support municipal, industrial, and construction projects throughout Central Ohio. Why Join Allied? Starting pay at $19/hour $3,000 sign-on bonus available for rental positions, paid in installments: $500 after 90 days, $1,000 at 6 months, and $1,500 after 1 year Paid training provided Guaranteed 40 hours per week Overtime opportunities Paid travel time for applicable projects Company vehicle during work hours Career growth into skilled technical roles Family-owned company with supportive leadership What You’ll Do Set up pumps, hoses, and temporary piping systems at customer job sites Load and unload equipment Inspect and maintain pumps and related equipment Operate forklifts, skid steers, and similar equipment; training available Troubleshoot basic equipment issues Travel to job sites throughout Central Ohio What Makes Someone Successful? Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Experience using tools, equipment, or machinery Ability to work outdoors safely Valid driver’s license and clean driving record No pump experience required. Pump experience is helpful, but not necessary. We’ll teach the technical side to the right person.
