Description
Description Duties include, but are not limited to: · Onsite or in-house run off, servicing, repair and/or installation company products · In-process inspections at subcontractor facilities · Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of equipment · Serves as a customer contact on technical and service-related issues · Diagnoses and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures · Determines most cost-effective repair / resolution · Prepare service reports for internal and external customers · Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves less complex problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support Requirements EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: · Minimum 2-3 years’ experience preferred, but not required · High school diploma/GED · Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment · Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics · Ability to use typical hand and power tools · Ability to travel up to 50% · Be literate in English speaking and writing · Average computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
