The Role My client is looking for a Field Service Engineer due to the rapid growth of the company. You will be visiting sites in your region managing installs, repairs and maintenance tasks. Duties: Providing service and customer support during field visits Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks Diagnosing errors on technical problems Produce timely and detailed service reports Build positive relationship with customers Ensure all work is carried out in line with current company Health & Safety requirements Correct administration of a company, client and third-party procedures and protocols The Candidate 1. 1 year minimum with the food/catering equipment industry 2. Comcats ideal 3. Strong electrical knowledge 4. Full clean UK drivers license 5. Strong technical service understanding 6. An effective communicator The Package The salary offered for this position is £35,250 up to £54,000 with bonus to a candidate that can meet all key qualifications and abilities. Includes company van, tools, test equipment, company credit card, PPE and uniform.
