Your role is vital in supporting the operational success and technological progress of the industries that depend on these solutions. You will: • Perform installation, commissioning, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and field support at TSMC . • Accurately understand customer requests and communicate them to the Field Service Team Leader. • Work effectively both independently and within a team, demonstrating self-motivation, discipline, and a customer-focused mindset. • Respond promptly to after-hours calls, ensuring a maximum response time of two hours.
