With our exclusive products, we guarantee a fresh cup of coffee every time. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Service Driver at Reliant Coffee in Chicago, IL. As a Field Service Driver, your day-to-day tasks will include visiting assigned locations (up to 60 visits a week), maintaining coffee machines, keeping track of and restocking supplies, conducting regular machine inspections, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients and efficiently resolving any equipment-related issues. Qualifications No experience needed - we will train! Attention to details, strong mechanical and technical skills Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good organizational and time-management abilities Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Job Type: Full-time
