What We’re Looking For: • Strong presentation and closing skills with the ability to guide small groups effectively. • Deep passion for firearms, self-defense education, and the 2nd Amendment. • Competitive drive, self-initiative, and a winning mindset. • Tech proficiency under pressure (PowerPoint, apps, troubleshooting). • Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license (paid by us). • Plus: Sales experience, law enforcement/military background, or firearms training experience.
