We’re currently seeking a full-time  Registered Nurse (RN) to perform in-home patient health assessments and provide training support to Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs). This role offers a meaningful way to build connections and make a true impact — one visit at a time. What You'll Do • Conduct in-home patient health assessments • Provide training and support to Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) • Collaborate with a strong clinical support team to ensure the best client outcomes • Maintain a flexible schedule with manageable weekly productivity expectations What You’ll Need • Active RN license in New York, in good standing • Ability to work independently in the field • Comfortable traveling to the 5 boroughs as needed • Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese Why Join True Care? • Competitive salary: $105,000 - $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience • Weekly pay via direct deposit • Set travel reimbursement (no itemization required) • Full Medical, Dental & Vision benefits • 401(k) Employer Match • Extensive paid training and career advancement • Supportive, clinically experienced management • Employee discounts on events, attractions & more • All required PPE provided
