Our team in DACH consists of over 40 people and is an integral part of our company’s global presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision. The Marketing team is crucial in driving our company’s success, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver data-driven strategies, impactful campaigns, and strong brand communication that fuel growth and support our commercial priorities across the DACH market.   You Will: Field Marketing Planning and Performance  Execute the DACH marketing plan in line with local business goals; Work with Sales and Account Management to prioritize activities supporting pipeline, deal progression, retention, and upsell; Track performance, and optimize activities based on results; Manage the regional marketing budget with a focus on efficiency and ROI. Targeted Campaigns Plan and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns for defined prospect and client lists; Create relevant touchpoints that help warm up priority accounts and support commercial conversations; Coordinate campaigns from briefing and audience selection through execution, follow-up, and reporting. Events Plan and execute owned and external events from concept to post-event follow-up; Define clear target audiences and business objectives for each activity; Measure event success based on account engagement, influenced opportunities, follow-up, and ROI; Coordinate speakers, suppliers, invitations, logistics, and on-site delivery. Collaboration Work closely with the DACH Regional Business Director, Sales, Account Management, Data Analyst and Inventory teams; Maintain regular alignment with HQ Marketing and Regional Marketing & PR teams; Coordinate stakeholders and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.   Desired Experience:  3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology, digital, advertising, SaaS, or related industries; Practical experience in field marketing, lead generation, demand generation, or sales-supporting marketing activities; Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing principles and experience engaging targeted groups of prospects or clients; Hands-on experience planning and executing events, campaigns, and other marketing projects; Ability to work with defined target-account lists and create relevant touchpoints that support commercial conversations; Experience measuring marketing performance and using data to improve campaigns and event execution; Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage several activities and stakeholders simultaneously; A practical, delivery-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership of both planning and execution; Strong cooperation and communication skills; Exceptional communication skills in German and English (C1 or above)    We Offer:  We believe in
