About the role: Field Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Mobile, AL Territory) - Home-Based | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus We are expanding our field service coverage in the Mobile, Alabama market and are looking for an experienced Field Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. This is a home-based field service position serving customers throughout the Mobile area. While this role reports to our Pensacola branch, daily reporting to Pensacola is not required. The technician will operate from a company service truck, with parts and inventory supported through a dedicated Mobile storage facility and our Pensacola location. This position offers the independence of working directly from your assigned territory while receiving the support of our experienced service team. $5,000  Sign-on-Bonus.  $1,000  paid after the first day of employment,  $4,000  paid after a successful 90 day performance review conducted by your manager.
