Overview Join the Titan Machinery team as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic. This position is responsible for performing diesel machinery diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and pre-delivery work on customer equipment, internal units, and warranty repairs at a high level of quality and efficiency. Work may be performed in the shop or in the field, and all assigned tasks must be completed safely, professionally, and profitably. Responsibilities • Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise : Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications; provide professional, timely, and courteous field service as directed by the Service Manager, including potential weekend and after-hours service calls • Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly with equipment owners, operators, and the service team; request, install, and manage all parts and supplies required for equipment repairs. Complete work orders and all required service-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner • Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities; proactively recommend maintenance, upgrades, or solutions that add value for customers and improve equipment performance • Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments If you're passionate about heavy equipment and thrive in a fast-paced environment where professionalism and precision in mechanical work are valued, Titan Machinery offers the opportunity for growth and development.
