Description
Assist the Director of Student Life & Ivy Cares with projects for Ivy Cares (the HUB – pantry, loaner laptops, hotspots) and Student Life (planning, implementation, and setup/tear down for programs, as well as general office work). Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the Student Life Director on projects. 2. Digitize documents. 3. Assist in the management loaner laptop/hotspot program. 4. Staff the food pantry. 5. Manage food pantry donations. 6. Assist in the planning and implementation of Student Life programming. General Qualifications: 1. Excited to learn. 2. Creative problem-solving. 3. Advocate for what students’ need. Required qualifications: 1.Completed FAFSA on file demonstrating financial need.2.Maintain an aid-eligible Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status Pay Rate: $15/hr.
