Description
Administrative support position for Enrollment and Advising staff and visitors. Apply organizational and time management skills to support academic processes, data and appointment management, and workflow coordination. Duties and Responsibilities Front Desk Operations •Welcome and direct visitors at Moravec Hall desk •Work with students both prospective and active to help with student outreach campaigns •Provide administrative support including organizing information and data entry •Manage calendars and schedule appointments with appropriate members •Communicate appointment reminders to students for advising and enrollment Student Support Services •Utilize customer service techniques to greet, assist, and direct students and visitors in awelcoming and helpful manner •Execute data entry and record keeping tasks accurately within appropriate software andsystems •Participate in outreach campaigns by engaging students through phone, email, or other platforms •Support enrollment, registration, and retention initiative GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS •Completed FAFSA file demonstrating financial need•Maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status Pay Rate: $15/hr Ivy Tech Community College is an accredited, equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
