We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable Youth Mentors to provide a safe, engaging, and supportive afterschool environment where students can learn, grow, and thrive. As a Youth Mentor, you will lead enrichment activities, assist with homework and academic support, build positive relationships with students, and help create meaningful experiences that promote leadership, teamwork, and personal growth. What We Offer • Earn $400-$600 biweekly • Monday-Friday schedule • Work from school dismissal until approximately 5:30 PM • Professional development and training • Opportunities for advancement • A rewarding opportunity to make a difference in your community Responsibilities • Supervise and engage groups of elementary students in a safe and positive environment. • Lead recreational, enrichment, and youth development activities. • Assist students with homework and academic support. • Build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff. • Maintain accurate attendance and follow program procedures. • Support behavior management using positive reinforcement. • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all participants. Requirements Qualifications • Must currently be employed at at a Fulton County Schools partner school. • Teacher or Paraprofessional Certification preferred. • Ability to work Monday through Friday during afterschool hours. • Must successfully pass a background check.
