In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team driving analytics solutions that improve business processes, enhance data insights, and support strategic initiatives across the organization. What You’ll Do Develop moderately complex, value-based analytics solutions to support quality, business functionality, and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions. Create clear, detailed documentation and business plans addressing stakeholder needs. Act as a liaison between IT and Product Management for data solutions. Design and implement enterprise-wide data integration strategies using data marts and data warehouse applications. Continuously improve data platforms, dashboards, and reports to meet evolving business needs. Provide guidance on UAT, technical specifications, strategic planning, and training, with limited supervision. Apply an intermediate understanding of financial services data, structures, and cloud-based storage to ensure compliance while supporting business needs. Manage data from multiple sources and complete moderately complex projects using strong project management skills. Ensure data quality, troubleshoot issues, and design creative solutions to prevent or mitigate future problems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or similar). Background in insurance or financial services. Experience creating data visualizations using Power BI . Strong proficiency in Python for analytics and data modeling. Skilled in ad hoc analysis, data modeling, and applying machine learning techniques. Proficient in SQL and complex queries. Experience with scripting tools and languages (e.g., batch files, VBA for Excel). Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently on moderately complex projects.
