Description
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our FastDrop Operations Team. This role focuses on ensuring the seamless execution of last-mile delivery services, with a direct impact on supply chain efficiency, operational excellence, and service quality. As part of the operational core of FastDrop, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily functions, contributing to the delivery of outstanding service standards. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee supply chain operations specific to last-mile delivery. Monitor schedule adherence and ensure timely completion of last-mile orders in collaboration with the team. Utilise, manage, and monitor the FastDrop platform and related systems for operational efficiency. Collaborate with a small, focused team of Last Mile Specialists. Assist in drafting and delivering reports as requested by management. Liaise with other units to ensure the highest level of service delivery. Plan and optimise routes for last-mile deliveries. Provide operational feedback, platform improvement suggestions, and recommendations to the FastDrop team. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, perform well under pressure, and manage multiple processes effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Quick thinker with problem-solving capabilities. IT savvy with a strong understanding of operational platforms and tools. High emotional intelligence; calm, composed, and able to handle challenging situations professionally. Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends. Fluency in Maltese, English, and preferably Italian. Prior experience in land transport logistics will be considered an asset.
