Document setup processes and maintain accurate production records. Train and mentor junior staff on FANUC lathe operations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity. Requirements: Proven experience in setting up and operating FANUC lathes. Strong understanding of machining principles and tooling. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with quality control processes and inspection techniques. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Commitment to safety and quality standards in machining operations.
