This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with practising rights to join a respected team that values high-quality work, collaboration and long-term client relationships. The Role Reporting to a senior lawyer, you will act as a trusted advisor to individuals and families across a broad range of family matters. With 4–6 PQE, you will deliver clear, compassionate and practical advice while maintaining the highest professional and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities • Managing your own caseload across divorce, separation, cohabitation, financial settlements, children matters and related issues • Meeting clients, providing clear guidance and maintaining excellent client care • Drafting court documents, agreements and associated family law documentation • Representing clients at hearings, directions appointments and mediations • Assisting senior lawyers on complex or high-value cases • Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal policies • Supporting marketing, networking and wider business-development activity Skills & Experience • 4–6 years PQE in Family law (or equivalent experience) with practising rights • Strong experience across divorce, financial remedy and children matters • Excellent drafting, advocacy and communication skills • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work independently • Compassionate, calm and professional approach to sensitive matters • Strong team ethos and a proactive, commercial mindset Benefits • Competitive salary • 24 days’ holiday plus bank holidays • Contributory pension • Private health insurance • Free on-site parking • Supportive culture with real progression prospects If you are an experienced Family lawyer who wants to join a supportive, high-quality team in Norwich, we would love to hear from you.
