An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to combine high-quality legal work with strategic team leadership. This role is ideal for a commercially minded legal professional who enjoys mentoring others, building client relationships and playing a key role in the success of a growing office.
You’ll manage a varied caseload of family law matters while leading an established team and overseeing the day-to-day performance of the office. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help drive growth, maintain exceptional client service standards and support the development of colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise and represent clients across a broad range of family law matters.
• Build trusted client relationships through excellent service and communication.
• Lead, mentor and develop legal and support staff.
• Drive office performance, productivity and business growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and team development activities.
• Contribute to strategic planning and operational improvement.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor with significant Family Law experience (typically 5+ years PQE).
• Proven leadership, supervisory or team management experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and business development skills.
• Outstanding client care and relationship-building abilities.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Committed to the highest professional and ethical standards.
