Farmington Family Practice - Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our welcoming, family-oriented primary care practice. This is a full-time, salaried position providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages — from newborns through adulthood.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including physical examinations, medical history review, and assessment of acute and chronic conditions
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses using evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Provide patient and family education regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative team members to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation within the electronic health record
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical best practices
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional clinical environment
• Uphold the highest standards of patient care, professionalism, and ethical practice
Qualifications
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization (MSN or DNP)
• Current, unrestricted New Mexico FNP license
• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC/FNP-C) or board eligible
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-based environment
• Passion for providing compassionate, family-centered healthcare
