Solicitor (NQ – 4 PQE) – Family Law Inverness (Highlands & Islands) | Permanent A leading UK law firm is seeking a Solicitor (NQ – 4 years’ PQE) to join its growing Family Law team in Inverness. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a collaborative and supportive environment, working on a high-quality and varied caseload. The Role You will become part of a well-established and expanding family team, advising on a broad range of matters. The role offers exposure to both complex and sensitive work, including: • Financial provision on separation and divorce • Child-related cases (residence, contact disputes) • Child relocation and international matters • Adoption and surrogacy cases • Sheriff Court work, including hearings and case preparation You will work closely with colleagues on active cases, engaging directly with clients and providing clear, solution-focused advice from instruction through to resolution.
