When you work with YWCA, you make a difference.   We’re women and BIPOC-led, family-centered, and supportive of employees. As a full-time YWCA employee (30+ hours), you’ll enjoy a benefits package including medical insurance, generous vacation, holiday, sick leave plans, and an outstanding retirement plan. Put your passion for racial equity and social justice to work – apply today! What You'll Do At YWCA, we believe that strong families are the foundation of strong communities. The Project Reunite Family Advocate provides structured, goal-oriented casework to families residing in transitional housing who are currently engaged in the DCFY system and working toward reunification. This role supports family members experiencing substance use disorder challenges and coordinates supportive services during their participation in the program.   Note: This is not a hybrid role — it requires 100% onsite presence.
