General positions that interns have gone on to fill are: Location Manager Customer Service Representative Customer Service Manager Shift Manger Distribution Manager Regional Manager Compensation can vary greatly depending on where someone moves in the program, but starts at $17.00/HR at the most basic level. Managers tend to earn between $40K-$60K annually. Requirements Must be working towards a bachelor's or associates degree Professional communication skills Problem resolution experience Minimum age of 18 Valid driver's license Clean driving record
