Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery in accordance with company standards and safety regulations. Assemble products with precision and efficiency according to specifications. Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and schedules. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors. Participate in training and onboarding of new team members as required. Requirements Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to safely operate machinery and tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Effective communication skills and ability to work harmoniously in a team. Willingness to be flexible with shifts and adapt to changing production needs. Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic. Overall understanding of health and safety practices in a factory setting is a plus.
