The Facility Management Team Leader at Nawy Real Estate is responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the facility management team. This role ensures that all facility operations are conducted efficiently, maintenance issues are addressed promptly, and service quality meets organizational standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide the facility management team to perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections effectively. Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to team members to ensure adequate coverage and timely completion of activities. Monitor the condition of buildings and equipment, and report on maintenance needs to senior management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within all managed facilities. Liaise with vendors and contractors to arrange necessary external services and oversee their work quality. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and incidents. Support the implementation of facility upgrades, renovations, and sustainability initiatives. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance roles with leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Proficient in using facility management software and tools.
