Wow Bao is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to ensure the efficient operation of our facility. The ideal candidate will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems, respond to urgent repair requests, assist with event setup, uphold safety standards, and maintain thorough documentation of all maintenance activities.     POSITION SUMMARY : The Facilities Technician is responsible for the reliable operation and upkeep of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure. This role ensures a safe, functional, and efficient environment through routine maintenance, emergency repairs, inspections, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams. This position is on-site in Forest City, North Carolina.
