Highlights Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Technician to join our corporate support team. Our team supports our ABA therapy Learning Centers in the Raleigh area. This role ensures that the workplace is functional, efficient, and well-maintained by coordinating services, vendors, and internal requests. Key Responsibilities • Performing repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. • Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment • Maintaining landscaping to include snow and ice removal and addressing tenant service requests. • Installs equipment and appliances. • Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures • Planning and scheduling of repairs • Identifies repair and maintenance, supervises contractors or vendors, obtains bids for project and manages inventory supplies. • Maintains maintenance logs, tracking inventory and reports on the condition of the property • Know of power and hand tools used in facilities maintenance. • Conducts Safety inspections. • Follows local and state building codes. • Complies with all company safety regulations. • Responds to repair and maintenance requests in timely fashion. • Performs other duties as assigned Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • At least 1-2 years of building maintenance, construction, plumbing or electrician experience preferred. • Well-organized and apt in problem-solving. • Valid Driver’s license with a clean record • Attention to detail. • Good communication skills. Physical Requirements • · Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops, in hot or cold conditions • · Comfortable driving for extended periods • · Able to stand, kneel, climb and lift 50lbs as needed • · Flexible to travel, as necessary Ability to work independently This job description is intended to provide general duties and responsibilities of the position.
