Facilities Maintenance Technician Nottingham £41,506.36 (salary including on call standby 1:4) Permanent My client is on the lookout for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician ? to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts. The role will involve carry out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to a range of electrical, mechanical and building assets in retail stores in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with the specified Company Health and Safety procedures. This is likely to include bakery and catering equipment, mechanical and electrical systems and assets, lighting systems, building fabric, water services and other static and portable electrical equipment. General maintenance and first look is required for all HVAC/Fire and Security and electrical and general issues. Key Responsibilities - Mobile Maintenance Technician • To complete all necessary PPM's and ensure all PPM remedial tasks are accurately logged and actioned, ensuring legal compliance • To supervise the Maintenance Assistant (MA), provide regular coaching and support them to perform their role in line with company processes. • To prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and contract SLA's Qualifications & Experience - Mobile Maintenance Technician • C&G 2382 (18th edition) • Level 3 core Electrical qualification, examples of which are: C&G2330, C&G 2365 (with relevant experience), C&G2365 On Offer - Mobile Maintenance Technician • £ 41,506.36 (salary including on call standby 1:4) • 42.5 hour week • Travel time paid after half hour each way • OT paid at 1.5x Mon - Fri / 2x Sat-Sun • Company pension scheme (matched up to 5%) • Private healthcare (BUPA) • Various employee discount schemes For more information on this role, please contact Kieren Provis on 01453 829776 or send a copy of your CV to [email protected] Omega Resource Group is an employment agency specialising in opportunities at all levels within the Engineering, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, Defence, Scientific, Oil & Gas, Construction and Manufacturing sectors.
