Pay Range: $68,000-$83,300

General Purpose of the Position
Responsible for inspecting and maintaining C redit Union propert ies , both owned and leased space, including but not limited to, buildings, equipment, utilities, furnishings, and grounds . The Facility Technician II I performs skilled maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems , as well as all other aspects of the physical building structure as well as site work, according to industry standards. Troubleshoots and p erforms preventive maintenance , makes repairs, and supervises, directs, and assists outside service providers and contractors as needed . Assists and implements construction and capital improvement projects . Anticipates major repair s and maintenance needs to the Administrative Services and Facilities leadership .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provides exceptional services by demonstrating courtesy and personal concern for members, co ‑ workers, vendors and contractor needs, and follows ‑ up to ensure those needs are fulfilled.
Operates building equipment and HVAC including automation system to maintain proper heat, cooling, power, plumbing, etc.
Organizes, schedules, and oversees outside vendors for maintaining, repairing building equipment, and completing all assigned work throughout the Credit Union of Colorado locations.
Reviews and performs site preventive maintenance program. Conducts operational functions for maintenance logs and reports, work orders including all repairs, updating status towards completion, close out and status updates to key stakeholders. Performs building and furniture modifications, as well as repairs involving carpentry, painting, electrical work, and plumbing.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, change orders, RFP’s, RFI’s, AFI’s and schematics.
Maintains building exterior including hardscapes and landscaping on an as-needed basis.
Completes assigned maintenance functions in accordance with OSHA regulations, local and federal codes, as well as established policies and procedures.
Operates snow removal equipment to maintain hardscapes.
Provides emergency and on-call service as requested, which may require work after hours and/or weekends.
Assist the Central Supply division by processing incoming mail, delivering all packages, ordering materials for the Credit Union of Colorado, and fulfilling site order requests made by all departments.
Measure, report, and resolve all ADA compliance concerns at all facilities.
Adhere to all Federal, State laws, and regulations applicable to the Credit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC.
Manages organizational projects through the entire project lifecycle and according to project management standards and best practices. Ensures projects are completed within established scope, schedule, and budget, utilizing cross-functional communication and collaboratio
