At ISG , we’re seeking a dynamic Facilities Assessment Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing the functionality and safety of the facilities we evaluate and design.  In this role, you will work directly with Thad Dahling, Facility Management and Planning Strategist, and Tiara Marcus , Project Management Practice Group Leader.  You will also collaborate with a dedicated team of project managers, architects, engineers, technical writers and business development specialists that support the overall firm.  The Facilities Assessment Specialist is responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations of building systems and infrastructure including, but limited to site conditions, building envelope, interior finishes, accessibility items, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural, identifying maintenance and improvement needs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role involves performing detailed assessments, developing reports, and recommending solutions to enhance facility operations and efficiency.
