Job Summary: Fabricate, assemble, and inspect aluminum containers per engineering drawings, company production procedures, quality standards, and production schedules. Responsibilities: • Read blueprints, work orders, and specifications. • Wood working, sheet metal, plastics, and polymers experience a plus • Fabricate, assemble, inspect, and finish aluminum and other components. • Proficiently use hand tools, including grinders and drills, to prepare and complete welded aluminum containers. • Fabricate, prepare, and inspect other materials and components as required. • Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. • Use precision measuring tools to verify quality. • Follow company production management procedures and safety policies. • Use ERP software to process work orders, record production, material usage, and job status. • Maintain equipment, a clean work area, and regular, reliable attendance. • Report production, quality, or equipment issues. • Support continuous improvement and production goals. • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and management. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Prior fabrication experience preferred. • Ability to read drawings, operate fabrication equipment, use hand tools and ERP software. • Must be safety-focused and able to work effectively in a team environment. • Must be a U.S. citizen Schedule: The standard schedule for this position is: • Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM • Night Shift: Monday–Wednesday, 4:30 PM to 5:00 AM, and Thursday, 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM Flexibility may be required to work additional hours, evenings, or weekends based on production needs. Physical Requirements: • Standing: More than 2/3 of the time • Walking: 1/3 to 2/3 of the time • Sitting: Less than 1/3 of the time • Lifting: Up to 50 pounds (occasional) • Crouching, stooping, reaching, or stretching: Less than 1/3 of the time • Speaking and hearing: As needed for communication • Visual acuity required for close work and inspection Working Conditions Work performed primarily in a manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noise levels.
