Hours: Monday to Friday We're recruiting for an experienced Fabric Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a prestigious static heritage site in Shildon. The Role • Planned and reactive building fabric maintenance • General carpentry and joinery repairs • Painting and decorating • Basic plumbing repairs • Fire door inspections and repairs • General building maintenance and making good • Supporting compliance tasks and completing maintenance records What We're Looking For • Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Maintenance • Strong all-round building fabric skills • Experience carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance • Good customer service and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits • Up to £30,000 salary • Monday to Friday working hours • No call-out • Overtime available • Free on-site parking • 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays • Company pension • Ongoing training and career development If you're looking for a stable, static maintenance role with a varied workload and excellent work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
