Role Overview: The F&B Supervisor will oversee daily operations within the dining areas, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction while supporting the F&B management team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide the F&B service team during events. Ensure adherence to service standards and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff. Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolutions. Assist in staff training and performance evaluations. Prepare reports on service operations and suggest improvements. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in F&B supervision or a similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and multitask. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of hospitality software is a plus.
