About the role The F&B Service trainee mission will assist the F&B Service team with activities around the different F&B outlets of the hotel, such as report preparation, MICROS and menu engineering set up and updates, outlets reservations management, stock control, guest reviews analysis and daily organization. User level of Microsoft Office. Attention to details, love for teamwork and good interpersonal skills Previous hospitality experience is a big plus Eligible to work in the EU / Ibiza
