Our Project Delivery discipline provides the organizational backbone to guide projects from vision to completion, integrating creative ambition with rigorous project management, controls, and stakeholder coordination. We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Technical Producers to support projects based in Singapore and India, as well as future opportunities across our Asia-Pacific (APAC) operations. As we continue to expand our project portfolio, we are building a network of talented Technical Producers to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technical initiatives. This Expression of Interest allows us to connect with professionals whose skills align with upcoming opportunities across the region. Our projects span a wide spectrum of cultural, entertainment, and experiential environments. As part of the Project Delivery team, you may find yourself: Supporting the delivery of immersive cultural projects in Abu Dhabi Providing project controls, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment on innovative entertainment venues, such as MSG Sphere Providing managed service support for global technology clients, including delivery of Google event spaces Guiding design and construction teams through delivery of historic renovations and new builds, from Pier 57 in NYC to 1 Drive at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the UK You’ll be working at the intersection of creativity and technical delivery, helping world-class teams bring ambitious ideas to life while ensuring clarity, accountability, and successful handover. What We Value Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to navigate both creative and technical project environments Experience with project management/controls tools and methodologies (Primavera, Planera, ProCore, Aconex, Power BI, Smartsheet, Bluebeam Revu, MS 365 and Google Suite, etc.) Comfort working across diverse geographies, time zones, and cultures A collaborative spirit, with the confidence to work independently when required About this Opportunity The Technical Producer forms part of our Project Delivery team. You will oversee the design and development of new digital, video, and written content for one of our major clients. This will support the guest experience through direct interactions, content management systems, and tools for delivering demonstrations, events, and event spaces. This content will appear in new facilities as part of our overall delivery of experiential spaces and products. You will work with the Experience Design and Project Delivery teams, complementing their strategic, cross-functional work to maximize resources and productivity. The role requires robust project management and administrative skills, and the ability to work effectively and efficiently with multiple teams and vendors across multiple disciplines. Responsibilities may include: Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, monitor completion of agreed action items and project plan tasks, and maintain and monitor project costs and risks as required. Schedule all vendors to meet overall project deadlines as they relate to the commissioning process and first day of business, adapting schedules as required. Track platform product releases and coordinate deployment activities. Coordinate dependencies among multiple teams designing, delivering, and supporting products and projects. Provide end-to-end project leadership for the successful design and delivery of experiential installations within client event and experience spaces.
