Opportunities may be available across a range of areas, including Engineering, Geology, Technical roles, Operations, Maintenance, Projects and Support functions. We also offer pathways into employment through Traineeships and Apprenticeships. Why Join Gold Fields? • 6% site allowance and quarterly bonus up to 10% annually • Monthly private health allowance • 5 weeks annual leave, pro rata long service leave after 5 years, • 18 weeks paid parental leave • Cultural leave equivalent to one weeks paid leave (aligned to rostered hours) • $10K employee referral bonus once the referred employee completes 6 months. For eligible candidates relocating to Kambalda, up to six months of company-provided accommodation may be available (subject to availability and housing policy).
