Job Summary As a Car Wash Attendant you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean site, and ensuring vehicles are safely loaded into the wash. This role is hands on and fast paced with a strong focus on teamwork and consistency. Key Responsibilities • Greet every customer and provide a friendly professional experience • Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel • Maintain cleanliness of vacuums, lot, tunnel, and facility • Operate the register and handle customer transactions • Assist customers with wash selection and answer questions • Promote monthly wash memberships when appropriate • Open and close the facility as scheduled • Support team members and complete additional tasks as needed Requirements • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions • Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance • Strong work ethic and willingness to stay active throughout the shift • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others • Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions • Flexible availability including weekends Compensation and Benefits • Competitive hourly pay • Flexible scheduling • Free car washes • Opportunities for advancement into leadership roles Growth Opportunity We are a growing company that promotes from within.
