Description Shift: Wednesday - Friday, 4am - 4:30pm, plus an 8-hour shift every other Saturday Wage Range: $32/hr - $44/hr DOE At Sweet Candy Company, our mission is to Make Life Sweet . As a Journeyman Industrial Electrician, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the electrical systems that power our production lines, helping us deliver quality candy products every day. What You’ll Do • Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain industrial electrical systems and production equipment • Support safe, reliable operation of manufacturing lines through fast, effective electrical troubleshooting • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and automated systems • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and one-line drawings • Diagnose issues with motors, conveyors, pumps, controls, and automated equipment • Work with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motor controls, sensors, relays, contactors, and safety circuits • Partner closely with production, maintenance, quality, sanitation, and leadership to minimize downtime and improve performance • Follow all safety, GMP, food safety, and sanitation requirements Why This Role Stands Out This is more than a maintenance role.
