Schedule:                 45-50 hours per week, Mon-Fri, occasional Saturdays Work Location:        Multiple locations - Southwest OH & Northern Kentucky Requirements: • Perform manual physical duties such as shoveling dirt, sand, and gravel, loading and unloading supplies, clearing job sites for equipment operators. • Fueling and Lubricating Company Equipment daily. • Daily Site Clean-up. • Leveling, smoothing, and shaping freshly poured concrete using tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds. • Checking concrete forms. • Mixing concrete to the correct specifications. • Setting and aligning the forms. • Spreading, leveling, and smoothing concrete using specialist equipment. • Molding expansion joints and edges. • Monitoring the effects of weather on concrete. • Facilitating concrete pouring. • Serving as a team member and performing other skilled trade activities for selected projects to meet project budgets as needed. Safety • Promote, execute, and adhere to the company’s safety program. • Attend daily safety meetings and inspections. • Work in a safe, responsible manner to not intentionally or unintentionally injure oneself, or endanger the wellbeing of others. Working Conditions • Work is performed in an outdoor setting, which could include inclement weather, heat and humidity. • Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50 lbs. regularly. • Use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is required. • Use of sunscreen, long sleeves, and appropriate headgear is recommended. • Must comply with the company’s drug and alcohol testing requirements.
